We designed and produced a bespoke SEN Player Passport to help create a more inclusive, personalised football experience for every player. Alongside the passport, we developed a custom attendance stamp and adapted the club's badge so its intricate design could work clearly as a rubber stamp.

The Challenge

Coaches needed a simple way to understand each player's individual needs while giving players something engaging that recognised their commitment and progress. Existing resources didn't provide a consistent way to record important information or encourage long-term participation.

The club also wanted an attendance stamp that reflected its identity, but the existing badge was far too detailed to reproduce cleanly as a rubber stamp.

Our Solution

We created a bespoke SEN Player Passport containing key information about each player's needs, communication preferences, medical considerations and support requirements, giving coaches valuable insight before every session.

To complement the passport, we designed a custom attendance stamp featuring a simplified version of the club badge. Rather than redesigning the club's identity, we carefully adapted the badge so its complex artwork could be reproduced clearly and consistently as a rubber stamp.

Each week, players receive a stamp from their coach when they attend. As they build their collection of stamps, they can exchange them for rewards from the club's prize pot, providing a fun incentive that celebrates commitment and regular attendance.

The Outcome

The SEN Player Passport has become an important part of every session, helping coaches deliver more personalised support while making football more engaging, inclusive and rewarding for every player.

By combining practical player information with a simple reward system, the passports help coaches understand each individual, encourage consistent attendance, build confidence and ensure every player feels recognised, supported and valued.
